Retirement from work does not mean retirement from following and doing the Will of God. In fact, our senior years can be the best years of ministry because of our years of life experiences and the extra time that can be given to serve our Lord. PrimeTime Schedule:
1st and 3rd Fridays - 10:00 a.m. fellowship with covered dish to follow.
2nd Friday - 9:00 a.m. breakfast (does not meet in summer)
1st Monday of the month we head to Luby’s in Ft. Worth for good food and good singing. Leave at 4:00 p.m.
last Monday of the month is Game Night at 6:00 p.m
Sonshine Singers
- meet Fridays following Prime Time at 1:00 p.m. on the 1st & 3rd Fridays and at 10:00 a.m. on the 2nd Friday. Sings at Lakewell House on the 3rd Friday. (Does not meet on the 4th Friday or in the summer)Regularly scheduled day trips to the Metroplex and other near-by destinations. See the monthly newsletter for more details.
We also attend Senior Adult Day Camp & the three day Senior Adult Camp at Camp Copass in Denton.
